Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. Kelly helped me consider multiple avenues of making offers on the homes that were good fits, emphasizing the pros and cons for me as a buyer for the different approaches. She is VERY good at this, while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. As life would have it, my direction changed and out of the blue, my daughter came to see a farm property that we jokingly said we could buy together. Well, that joke turned into a reality because we both fell in love with the property. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home.
