He contacted listing agents, scheduled showings, and FaceTimed with us during each viewing, allowing us to tour homes and ask questions in real time despite being 3,000 miles away. We could not be happier with the home we purchased, and we have Rick’s diligence to thank for it. He guided us through every step of the process, from connecting us with a loan officer and attorney to coordinating the home inspection and other essential services. Although we consider this our forever home, if the need ever arose, we would definitely use Rick’s services again.
