High level of experience in Real Estate

Tony comes with a lot of experience in real estate. With his experience he was able to provide insights in each of the properties that helped in my decision making process. Secondly Tony was not trying to make sale instead he was making sure buyer is happy with the purchase and meets my expectations. Thirdly Tony was very patient in search of houses. It helped me finally able to find the home I desired rather than settling to the one that I may regret later. Tony is the best agent seving the Shelton CT market

Having sold our house in Shelton at a price that set a record in our neighborhood, Tony supassed that with the purchase of our condominium. He negotiated a very fair price that outbid two other offers. He then arranged the inspection and recommended a local moving company that beat three other bids by $1,500. The closing went very smoothly as we were closing both the house sale and condo purchase on the same day. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell / buy a home. Now, the only thing he has to do is stop by and pick up the case of wine we bought him.

Very knowledgeable!

Tony was extremely helpful in selling my Mom's condo in Southbury. He definitely did his homework and had all the information of property listings in the area. Tony explained every step, answered all questions, and was able to gain the best selling price. Most important, my mother was very happy with the outcome.I will ask for Tony's services again!

Work with Tony!

I worked briefly with two other real estate agents before a mutual acquaintance introduced me to Tony. The first two agents did nothing to reach out and communicate, or make suggestions, beyond the MLS portal. The first one told me, "it's well-priced" when we went to a disappointing listing; the second just said, "I wish there was more out there in your price range." I was ready to buy, pre-qualified and had a lease that was about to end, but neither understood my timeframe and the pressure I was under. Tony did! He said, "we'll get it done." When I finally found a listing I thought might work, he jumped on it and we saw it the next day. That was on Sept. 13. I closed Oct. 10. Thanks to Tony, he structured an offer that was accepted over two other bids, without getting into a competitive bidding situation. I'm beyond grateful.
