He negotiated a very fair price that outbid two other offers. He then arranged the inspection and recommended a local moving company that beat three other bids by $1,500. The closing went very smoothly as we were closing both the house sale and condo purchase on the same day. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell / buy a home.
