Maryanne is the real estate professional that every real estate agent should be. The buyer pushed off the closing at least 6 times and Maryanne coordinated the effort to finally get them to the closing. She was very calm and reassuring through the whole process. The property we sold is in Connecticut. I live in California. My wife lives in South Carolina. Nearly all the paperwork was done electronically. Awesome! If you wand a professional that makes things get done, contact Maryanne Betso.
