Wonderful realtor!

We originally worked with Heidi a few years ago to buy our first home in Fairfield. She was patient, open and honest throughout our search. Her knowledge of the community and surrounding towns in addition to years of experience in real estate was so helpful to us. She is friendly, approachable, hardworking and proactive. When we decided to sell this past spring we never considered calling anyone but her! Due to a relocation for work we had a tight timeline but we were able to sell and close very quickly-she made every step of the process run smoothly. I would highly recommend her and would most definitely use her again in the future.

Just the best!

We met John at a private showing for one of his listings. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism. He answered my phone call on the first ring and showed us the property right away. When he learned we would also be listing our home for sale, he offered to help price it out for us without being pushy. We ended up selling our home with him (sold in 3 weeks) and also purchasing a new home with John as our buying agent. John was never more than a phone, email or text away. He was calm, knowledgeable and incredibly kind not to mention his ability to go above and beyond without being asked. We were also lucky to work with Pam and his son, John, who were just as fantastic. If you are looking to buy or sell, you should only need to make one phone call - to John McBride. He is top-notch!
