Armand was very responsive to my questions and is a master negotiator. Real estate transactions can be some of the most stressful to endure. His knowledge and expertise made it a little more bearable knowing I had him in my corner. A 5 star rating isn’t enough!!

His attention to detail and the "let's see how we can get it done" attitude is what sets him apart from the rest. His local knowledge of everyone you would need for your home (contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc) is extensive and reliable. We wouldn't work with anyone else.

Advice on the contract offers that came in were essential to me, in making my decision on which one to accept. Pleasant, efficient and always available. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Dee was absolutely phenomenal! I have to admit I ask ALOT of questions and it can be difficult for the realtor. However, she was perfect! She answered everything without any hassle and almost literally walked us hand and hand into our new home! If you need anything RE then Dee is your person!
