When we were starting the search for a house, we connected with Alicia the minute we met her. She understood our family circumstances, made us feel comfortable and we knew she would help us find our forever home. Through the many months of negotiations with selling our condo and buying our house, Alicia worked tirelessly for us, often having late night phone conversations to keep us up to speed. Joe took the time to show me all the properties I was interested in while pointing out highlights of the neighboring areas. I was moving from out of state so Joe's knowledge of the area was indispensable. Joe's experience in the real-estate business was evident while helping me navigate through the entire process which had to be done at a distance. After my offer on a property was accepted Joe did a lot of the legwork locally to help complete the process.

Mick sold my house, thank God. I said to Mich I will only give you minimum time to sell my house which is 90 days (April) and he said with confidence, I won't need 90 days and he kept his word. I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June. I give Mich high recommendations, I was assured that he is honest and is very experienced and knows real estate, he supported my best interest, he did research in all housing aspects and let me know if renovations were certified by the city.
