We have had the pleasure of working with Amy Balko for many years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professionals I have ever met. Over the years, Amy has helped us navigate multiple real estate transactions, and each experience has been exceptional. Her market expertise, attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to her clients consistently sets her apart. Whether buying or selling, she takes the time to understand your goals, provide honest advice, and guide you through every step of the process with confidence and professionalism. What I value most is the trust we have built over time. We have never felt pressured into a decision, and I have always known that Amy was looking out for our best interests. Her communication is outstanding, negotiation skills are second to none, and she consistently go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. In an industry where relationships and trust matter, Amy has earned my loyalty time and time again. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family, friends, or anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers exceptional results. Simply put, if you're looking for the best, look no further than Amy Balko.

My experience with Amy was nothing less than stellar! If it wasn’t for her real estate knowledge I wouldn’t have my dream home. First of all, she found the house and sent me a link to it. Then put in the offer and followed through with everything the sellers agent needed to make it happen. The professionalism she showed was priceless in me getting the deal done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the industry. She previously sold my old house so I’ve had experience on both sides of the table. If you’re looking to buy or sell your property look no further than Amy Balko! She definitely has your best interest at heart from start to finish! Highly recommend her!!!

We first met Amy when looking for a house to rent in West Hartford. She found us a comfortable, affordable single family home in a nice neighborhood. A year later, we liked the neighborhood enough that we decided to buy there. After a couple weeks of looking, Amy found us an affordable single family house. She was super helpful during the whole process. A couple of years later, my wife got a job offer in Toronto. We moved to Toronto but kept the house because we liked the neighbors so much we thought we might want to retire there. We decided to rent out the house instead of selling it. In less than a month’s time, Amy found us good tenants. After a couple of years, we decided to stay in Toronto and sell the house. We, of course, called Amy. She was extremely helpful in helping us get the house ready to sell. Then she found us good buyers and helped us to get a very good price for the house. We used Amy’s services for four different realty functions and found her to be excellent at all of them. Amy is our favorite realtor She asks the right questions, provide sound advice and is connected to excellent service providers.
