Tony is extremely responsive. I can’t remember a time through the whole house hunt and closing process where one of our questions wasn’t answered or followed up with. With it being our first house, we were very unsure of what we wanted, had periods of looking here and there, not looking too much and weekends packed with tours and open houses. Tony was very patient with us through the whole process and us changing what we wanted and our budget. He was very professional and trustworthy. I knew he had our best interest in mind. He was very knowledgeable about the conditions of houses and what could be unexpected future problems. I learned a lot from him through the whole process. While we don’t anticipate needing a new house anytime soon. If we were to list our house or looking for other houses, he would be our first call.

Tony comes with a lot of experience in real estate. With his experience he was able to provide insights in each of the properties that helped in my decision making process. Secondly Tony was not trying to make sale instead he was making sure buyer is happy with the purchase and meets my expectations. Thirdly Tony was very patient in search of houses. It helped me finally able to find the home I desired rather than settling to the one that I may regret later. I had a very pleasant experience with Tony as my real estate agent and I will be gladly share him as referral to any one who are prospective buyers.

Rob guided us through the successful sale of two "as is" properties in an estate. There were many unexpected and frustrating setbacks with buyers, but Rob kept the situations under control and advised us on how best to handle the issues. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns, always returned phone calls, emails, and texts very promptly. Rob is patient with those of us who have no experience selling real estate and reassured us innumerable times when we hit a wall. He is knowledgeable about the market, gave us valuable advice when we had to negotiate on several occasions, worked seamlessly with our attorney, and was a consummate professional throughout the lengthy, convoluted process. We recommend Rob McConville highly to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate.
