Tracie Sires proved to be exceedingly capable, knowledgeable and market-savvy. We knew we were in good hands as she expertly facilitated the sale of our beloved house and provided steady and thoughtful guidance in the purchase of a new move-in ready home that met our downsizing needs. Tracie is wonderfully good-natured and is such a pleasure to work with. She responded to our texts, emails and phonecalls reasonably quickly with strong knowledge, and provided a quick turnaround for any questions that needed further checking, information or research. Tracie allowed us the space to make decisions on our own, while offering herself as both a knowledge base and a sounding board to ensure we arrived at our decisions thoughtfully, and to gently remind us of our main goals and budget considerations. Tracie Sires’ superlative skills as a realtor more than exceeded our expectations, which greatly relieved the anxieties we experienced first as a seller and later as a buyer.

Annie was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the closing. Her knowledge of the market was Amazing! If you're looking for a Realtor you couldn't find a better one than Annie.
