We have bought and sold several houses in the past 5 years using Michael as our agent. After listing at a price we thought was pretty aggressive, we accepted a CASH offer at that asking price 5 DAYS LATER! The offer also included terms that would COUNTER other offers by $1000 up to $25,000 ABOVE asking price. Luis certainly read our market better than we could! Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences.
