We had a wonderful experience working with Bill and Kelsey throughout the sale of our home. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated their guidance, dedication, and support from listing to closing. We highly recommend Bill and Kelsey to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

The entire process was smooth due to great communication and guidance, where we felt confident making the final decisions. Bill has sold a couple of houses for us in the past, all in New London so we knew his knowledge of the market is strong. We reached out a few years before we put this house on the market for advice and input regarding preparations for our planned, eventual sale, which he was happy to provide. Those projects positioned the house for a quicker sale. Bill and his team were very responsive throughout this sale, providing info and responding to questions to help our decision making. Once the house was listed things progressed very smoothly.

My wife and I have worked with Bill Heenan multiple times over the years, and he consistently goes above and beyond. Most recently, he handled the sale of my father’s house, and once again, he proved why he is the best in the business. Selling a parent's home can be a stressful and emotional process, but Bill made it completely seamless. His market knowledge, professionalism, and communication are unmatched. He kept us informed every step of the way, anticipated every hurdle, and handled the entire transaction with the utmost care and respect. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is dedicated, highly experienced, and genuinely cares about his clients, look no further than Bill. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
