Kathy was phenomenal from start to finish. Two years ago I needed the property valued. She did that quickly and professionally. I knew if I ever sold, I'd be calling her first. In early December 2021 we met and she clearly and honestly told me what my house was worth as is and what it might sell for if I did a few updates. I followed every one of her suggestions.
