Kathy was phenomenal from start to finish. Two years ago I needed the property valued. She did that quickly and professionally. I knew if I ever sold, I'd be calling her first. In early December 2021 we met and she clearly and honestly told me what my house was worth as is and what it might sell for if I did a few updates. I followed every one of her suggestions. On the weekend the listing went live, I had 33 appointments for walk throughs. But the end of three days I had almost a dozen offers. I sold it well above asking. Not only that but Kathy kept in contact through all the steps and stages. Finally, when I needed to buy a house as well, and she was unavailable, Kathy immediately referred me to her colleague, who also was excellent. In a 10 week time frame I had a new house and closed on my old house. Thank you so much Kathy! You changed my life.
