We first met Amy when looking for a house to rent in West Hartford. She found us a comfortable, affordable single family home in a nice neighborhood. A year later, we liked the neighborhood enough that we decided to buy there. After a couple weeks of looking, Amy found us an affordable single family house. She was super helpful during the whole process. A couple of years later, my wife got a job offer in Toronto. We moved to Toronto but kept the house because we liked the neighbors so much we thought we might want to retire there. We decided to rent out the house instead of selling it. In less than a month’s time, Amy found us good tenants. After a couple of years, we decided to stay in Toronto and sell the house. We, of course, called Amy. She was extremely helpful in helping us get the house ready to sell. Then she found us good buyers and helped us to get a very good price for the house. We used Amy’s services for four different realty functions and found her to be excellent at all of them. Amy is our favorite realtor She asks the right questions, provide sound advice and is connected to excellent service providers.

Where do I even start- Michael and I heard about Linda through my sister and brother in law, so right off the bat we knew we were in good hands. Our buying journey was a long one and to be honest I think we would of given up a long time ago if Linda didn't keep us going! She helped us through 7 offers and what feels like a million showings. Not to mention when we finally got an offer accepted, our closing process was a chaotic and stressful one and she advocated for us through it all. Lori was the best! She knew exactly what I was looking for and how to hone in on it. The market was scarce and she found me the perfect place and we had fun doing it! Not only did she know how to navigate the market, she is well immersed in the neighborhood and has contacts for all the house buying needs, whether it be a painter or a plumber she will know the best person to help you out and get you settled in.
