Jody went above and beyond dealing with the surveyors, attorney and sellers realtor getting information and communicating that information to us. She kept us on track with required documents, contracts and deadlines to make sure things went in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market and has true professionalism no matter what challenges we faced. On a scale of 1-10, Jody is an absolute 10 !!
