Because of Erik's guidance and expertise, I was comfortable with making an offer on a house in Bristol, from hundreds of miles away. The experience was wonderful, I absolutely love my new house, and I've never lived in a more friendly neighborhood. No other realtor has ever given me this type of dedicated service.
