Malinda went above and beyond. The market is very hard, we looked at different types of houses to try to find what we needed and she never questioned us when asking to shows us each house. Everytime she seemed to drop everything and get us in within 24 hours. While there she offered her professional opinion while also making sure it was us deciding if we loved it or not.

Jojo is the best. Great, frequent communication, knows the process inside and out. I cannot recommend her enough. Really, she is fantastic.

Jojo has oodles of personality and could probably find a way to engage the paint on the wall in a riveting conversation. She stays in touch. Her advice on how to make the house sell was good and prudent. We had to sell a house during a difficult time personally, in a tiny speck-of-dust town.
