I worked with Ryan– an excellent agent. He listed my place in July and we were under contract in days, over asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Very flexible and accommodating w my schedule while searching for my new home while always keeping my needs and wants in mind. Highly recommended!

I wanted to leave this Ray-view because he did such a thorough job walking us through the process! There are a lot of unknowns when it comes to buying a home and Ray made sure to address each of our concerns. Thank you, Ray!

Cannot say enough good things about Raymond Group Realty Group. Ray is extremely patient, knowledgeable of the market and excellent at communicating what to expect throughout the entire home buying process. He has helped me purchase two homes now and I can honestly say that he would be my #1 recommendation anyone looking to buy a home in the Colorado area. If you’re looking for a great realtor, pick Raymond Group!
