The entire process of selling my house and buying a new one was made so much easier because of Nick. Once he understood my needs he found two new build areas for me to focus on. I hadn't planned on selling until the spring but the stars aligned and the perfect new house was available. Nick managed to get my house sold and closed on same day as I purchased my new house all between Thanksgiving and 12/20/24. Amazing work.
