Mike is exceptionally knowledgeable and has great ideas and strategies to help with the many curve balls involved in the buying and selling process. He helps make what is a challenging process much more manageable by helping schedule inspections, work to be done, etc. He takes a lot of the stress off and works round the clock and is always reachable and responsive. There is a lot that goes on during the process and I would never try to "sell by owner," unless I was a realtor myself. Mike helped us purchase our first home a decade ago when the market was very different. We had a great deal of trust then - we toured one home where the basement walls were caving in. He told us not to bother and so we were greatful he was looking out for us and didn't just want a quick sell. After 10 years in our first home we sought Mike out again for help in this strange new fast market. It was great to again be working with someone we already knew and trusted. He was patient through all the ups and downs and always took the time to explain all of our questions and options as I always read our contracts thoroughly. It was such a relief when he came up with an assertive plan to land the house we really wanted in this exceedingly competitive market. He was also very supportive when we sold our old home and had a myriad of challenges with buyers. Thank you Mike, we are greatful for your hard work through the years.
