Jo is an extremely attentive and a titan of industry. During my house searching journey Jo had to get surgery on her ankle. She still was up to showing me houses during her recovery, ankle boot and knee scooter and all. She explained every step to me in the process of home buying and negotiated buyer concessions for me.
