I was really amazed at how much extra work was required to accomplish this with the inspection, the title company, the HOA paperwork, etc. etc. but Carol and her staff diligently stayed on top of every issue whether it was first thing in the morning or late at night. Those few times I needed to call her, she responded immediately. We did have one issue with an electric panel not being up-to-code and she knew who to call to get it replaced in time to not delay the closing. Carol was wonderful, she made this somewhat intimidating event go quite smoothly for me, I’m extremely happy and would definitely recommend her to all of you.
