Helped out in areas you would not usually expect.
So many things were needed by the Title Company. Dave was instrumental in getting me through this. A very patient man he was with me indeed. Dave’s knowledge of the market was fantastic. The particular case with my property was unique. He saw that and guided me to price it correctly. We were looking for multiple offers and received SIX above asking price. This was a great experience.
