Situation: I was under contract for a new-build Shea home, which was so great, but I needed to sell my townhome. This pretty much sounded like a snap originally, but then the market began rebalancing in favor of Buyers (great for them, not so much for me) and price resets were happening everywhere! Days on market were lengthening. Showings were comparatively thin. In my community, there were 5 competing townhomes of the exact same model! She implemented a world class marketing system, followed-up on all of the potential Buyer feedback to see if adjustments needed to be made and of course kept in complete communication with me along the way.
