You might think that saying Neil responds immediately is a bit of a stretch, but it is not! Neil helped me buy my condo and then sell it. I am a very impatient person:) But I swear he moves fast! And he is so persistent. I had a kind of situation that was a hard sell, but he was so persistent and got it done! He just keeps at it. And he knows the market really well. Erika and Bryan were wonderful to work with when selling my home. I was able to get the selling price I wanted for my home and it was such a seamless process. I had a tight turn around to put my home on the market and sell quickly, as I was moving cross country and starting a new job.
