I am so happy I did my research on local relators before choosing one for the purchase of our first home in Crestone! The heartwarming reviews left before me were the ones that led me to Kelly and I am forever grateful. This being my partner and I's first home buying experience, we were nervous and very overwhelmed at the start. The more we grew to know Kelly, the more we felt at ease and like we were in the best hands ever. Through this process, Kelly has been so friendly and incredibly responsive, someone I truly see as a friend and not just my realtor. She helped us navigate the bidding war housing market that is currently going on and in the end everything aligned and we closed on our DREAM home. Emily was also a gem to work with. She laid everything out for us and again when we were feeling a little bit nervous about certain things because this was our first home buying experience, she always was able to explain things thoroughly and gave some personal examples that helped us see things in a different light.
