It has been over a year trying to sell this house with another agent. There was practically no action on the house. I saw the Ideal Agent ad on TV, so we thought we might try it and see what it was all about. Immediately, we got Kelly and she responded very professionally. Some of the things that made the difference: Kelly is amazingly responsive. She got back to me right away about *everything.*. At several points in the process, we had to move *very fast,* and Kelly made it possible. She is also very savvy with negotiations. There was a competing offer on the house, and she advised me exactly what offer to make within my parameters to get us the best chance of going under contract. And then, the appraisal came in at a substantially lower number than the offer, and that had to be negotiated as well. And everything worked out! Kelly is also a lovely human being: kind, warm, positive, and with a great sense of humor. She made the whole process as easy as it can possibly be, even when the cards were not stacked in my favor originally. She is a star, and I'm super grateful to have had her expert help.
