La Shon has a great knowledge of the market as she is very active in the real estate community. Hence, she has a great referral network for many house relevant businesses. She has excellent communication, which was the most important thing to me. Prompt replies and calls when needed were done professionally. I loved working with her. She was very proactive which I care about. I am also detail oriented so I ask a lot of question, and she did not leave a single one unanswered, so I went into the process of the house suuuuuper confident. Given this was my first home purchase, I am very happy I bought then house and how smooth process was, and La Shon certainly played a huge role in it. Her communication to the seller on my behalf was very effective which is crucial in home buying. Some additional comments: One thing that stood out to me amongst other agents I have worked with is La Shon is not pushy at all. She is very honest. If a house is bad, she will tell you.
