Timothy helped the reviewer sell this property

Wonderful to work with if you're buying or selling!

I had the pleasure of working with Tim to buy my first home and then sell it 4 years later when I moved out of state. His knowledge of the market and communication made the experience as smooth as possible during both the buying and selling processes. As a first-time homebuyer, he really helped me through every step, from searching for the right home and making an offer to the moment the keys were in my hands. When I decided to sell, there was no question who to call. Again, he helped me through every step and ensured I got the best possible outcome. I will definitely work with him again if I move back to Colorado!
