Jamison is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and kind realtor out there. He ensured I felt comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process. He presented all of the options for listing and selling my condo and laid out all the numbers and facts to help me decide what option best suited my needs. He provided excellent expertise necessary for me to stage my condo and list at the right price. Following his professional advice resulted in getting an offer after just one showing!! Quickly I learned that dealing with an HOA in the closing process is not the easiest task. Jamison took the burden off of us so we could focus on closing on our new home instead. He navigated the tricky HOA dealings on my behalf and made what was a stressful situation so much easier. I would definitely recommend Jamison to any and all looking to sell or buy property.
