I want to tell you what a great experience I had working with Kurt Jalbert. I remember very clearly the first conversation I had with him over the phone. It was the same day that my husband and I decided to begin shopping for new home. At the time we were not very knowledgeable about the current market and had only a general sense of what we could afford. He painted a picture of the past market and explained the projections and possibilities for the near future. He negotiated with the seller/listing agent for some important work to be done before closing and also ensured that we received some seller concessions. We are very happy with the home we purchased as well as the price we paid for it. Theresa was a great help in guiding me through the process of selling the property. From what should be done to help it sell to the resource in need to make it happen. There were a number of things with potential buyers that frustrated us both, but Theresa was patient and resourceful in finding a path forward. There were a lot of nuances related to the property and sale that took some education on both our parts, Theresa took the time to learn what need to be done and to educate me on the what and why.

It was such a pleasure working with Michelle. She was always prepared, insightful, and helpful in every way. My husband and I were moving from Austin to Denver so as you can assume, we needed help not only finding a home but also figuring out which area fits our lifestyle. Michelle took us all around Denver and gave us a ton of information about each area, which ultimately helped us make an informed decision on where we wanted to be. Once we found the house we loved, she was on top of it! She reached out to our lender, the title, the other agent, etc. pretty much got everything started, everyone connected and on the same page, and regularly followed up until we closed.
