We were the buyers in the transaction.

We worked with Juan for over a year, as we were looking for a property in Boulder. We decided on a single family home that Juan found for us, and it was only ten years old and in turn key condition. Juan was very capable and responsive to or interests. He earned our trust and we were confident enough in him to purchase a home while we were traveling in SE Asia, and we have yet to visit the house.
