Kathi is truly an excellent agent! It should say something that after seventeen years of working in real estate ourselves, we chose Kathi to represent us as we moved out of state. As we expected, having worked with her professionally for several years, she did an outstanding job and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I was moving across states and only had a brief time to find the home of my dreams and my retirement. I was only able to spend one short day looking at properties. Kathi acted on my behalf at every turn. She was willing to do "whatever it took" to get me in the right home. We did facetime reviews and she represented me at all times when it was impossible to me to be there in person. I trusted her with the most important decision of my life and she never disappointed. She was friendly, professional and always provided guidance when I needed it. She represented us during inspection and final walk through and I never had a concern.

I've worked with Kathi to sell 2 homes now and it has been a great experience each time. She will do what it takes to get the most out of your sale and keep the process as easy as possible. She really knows the market and knows how to present a property to potential buyers. Each time my property sold within a few days. She works with you through every detail of the sale and, even when on vacation on another continent, maintains communication to ensure you are always updated. I definitely recommend Kathi to anyone looking to sell their home. She will get it done and maximize your proceeds.
