Dawn Cassaday

Not only was Dawn my mom's realtor she was also our friend. I (her daughter) was living out of town. Needing someone to help w/the process of selling my moms home quickly. My dad recently passed away and my mom was having medical problems of her own. Dawn not only stepped in to do her job of selling her home. She comforted my mom who was going through a very difficult time as if she was her own daughter. Very compassionate and patient. She went way above and beyond the call of duty getting that house sellable, movable and getting the help we needed to clear the house out!! Dawn wore a lot of hats. She helped me maintain my sanity as this was all so emotional and trying. I've never met anyone so kind and caring!! No words can describe the gratitude that she and her family did for ours!! She's an Angel in disguise. I highly recommend her to help anyone buy/sell their home. It's personal to her. She makes you feel like family, not just a client!! She's your lady, first and foremost!!
