To determine its fair market value, she actually went out to walk the land in the middle of winter and determined it could be listed at the top end of the price point for the area. After that, the paperwork process was easy because she was always available to answer all my questions, she took photos of the land and listed it as soon as possible on multiple platforms and we had a buyer at full price within one week.
