I accepted a job 2000 miles from home and found a perfect home. Mountain views in all directions, Mustangs running free, in our price range. Kristy went spent an incredible amount time making this deal happen. The property had issues that the sellers actually made worse. I truly believe that had it been another realtor this deal never would have happened. The seller's realtor couldn't be bothered to even go to the closing. Kristy's knowledge of the market,resources,local zoning regulations would rate 5 stars alone. She was truly interested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I think she spent more on gasoline tying everything together than she made on commission. Her motivation was making sure we happy and getting us the best deal possible. I've bought and sold several homes and have had top notch realtors, but Kristy is tops in my book. I would reccomend her without reservation. Thanks so much Kristy, you are a great realtor.
