She scheduled a fabulous photographer who did a fantastic photo shoot of the property and did an awesome job editing and prepping the photos before going back on the market. We were moving from out of state. We had an idea of where we wanted to be, and had a list of must haves for our family. Kerri was very knowledgeable about the area, had great feedback on different locations based on our family requirements. She worked with us remotely and was able to take us on home tours virtually and even pre-view places we'd find online to see if it was worth our time. We ended up doing a build and she was at all our virtual walks with the builder and was the glue between the builder and us since we couldn't be there in person. We love our new home, our new community, and are looking forward to many happy years in our perfect home.

Both of them had such a good knowledge of their field that they had answers to most of our questions before we even knew to ask them, and the questions they didn't have answers ready for, they knew how to find answers for us. They came up with a slam dunk of a deal on our house as well because they wanted to make sure we could afford the place without issue. Ashley and Ann have been an incredible asset for my Wife and I and we could never have moved forward into homeownership without both of their help. They're an amazing team and we're going to be asking for their help any time we have future real estate needs!
