I have met a lot of great (and not so great) agents in selling two houses and buying one (having looked at over one hundred) over the last three years, but if there is a better person and agent than Jennifer out there I would love to meet them. She is personable, professional, exceptionally knowledgeable concerning her market, does her homework on your specific home, communicates effectively and often, goes beyond any reasonable expectations in supporting her clients, is honest, and a genuinely decent person. If you need real estate help in the Colorado Springs (and greater) area and do not consider Jennifer, I assure you that you are making a mistake.

Trish was our transaction broker. She was very accommodating with every part of the process. It was really quite painless and we had a very short closing. Trish and her assistant would talk to us early in the morning or late at night because we were on California time. Trish made herself available to us all the time. One time, in order to check on a sewer line she dug up some dirt herself! She is really hands on! We ended up having to do a loan and she referred us to a lender who funded the loan in record time. She is professional, polite and ready to assist and educate us every time. As a team, it looks like they get things DONE:) highly recommend Trish and her team!
