Ray was awesome for us. He answered all of our questions at every stage, and if we had a question he didn't know the answer to, he immediately said, "I'll find out for you." We always felt like we knew what was going to happen next and what to expect at every step. Whenever there were different decision points, he laid them out very clearly with the pros and cons, which made it very easy to go through the process. The whole process felt so comfortable because Ray has been doing this for so long and is such a tremendous communicator. I don't write many reviews, but I would honestly say you won't find a better Realtor in this area.

When we worked with Scott to purchase our home he was very flexible. We lived out of state. When ever we were in Colorado he would find the time so we could look at houses. He also showed homes to our daughter in law and let her FaceTime us so we could see the home. He never rushed us. He understood our timeline. When it came to closing on the house his expertise was invaluable. He also was good about pointing out things to us concerning the homes that were either a pro or a con to buying the home.

Whether the buyer's agent or seller's agent, she works with you through every step the way. You won't spend time looking at homes that don't meet your wants or needs. She studies the market to get you the best price for you whether buying or selling a home. She will work with you and the other parties from making an offer to closing the purchase or sale. She's with you every step start to finish from walking through the home, making and countering offers, smoothing out disagreements between parties, to being with you at closing. But even after closing, she's on your side to work any problems that may pop up. To work through all of the neuances and stress of purchasing or selling a home, she has a support cast that is also top notch, whether it be scheduling or financing needs. Finding a person that really works for you and is sincere, caring and dedicated about her duties and responsibilities to you her client, is a hard person to find. Linda is truly that kind of person, In fact, our daughter and son-in-law purchased and sold a home with her support and guidance.
