Shelby helped me sell my Arvada condo. I live in another state and she managed some much needed updates for me before putting it on the market. She was spot on in her pricing strategy and that, combined with her market knowledge and marketing skills, enabled me to sell the condo at a fair price in a not so great market. I highly recommend Shelby.

I recommend working with Shelby in the highest regards! From start to finish, she was an incredible advocate for me at every step of the process in buying my first home. She consistently went above and beyond, traveling to Fort Collins without hesitation for showings and always making herself available when I needed guidance or had questions. Shelby held my best interest at the forefront of her mission and genuine commitment to finding the best home for me. She is patient and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, reliability, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process, feel smooth and enjoyable. I always felt like I had someone in my corner and would recommend Shelby to my closest family and friends to guide the adventure of purchasing a home or property!
