I picked Carolyn because she was referred to me by someone I trust. She was great to work with. She never made me feel rushed, took the time to make sure I always understood everything, even when she had to repeatedly go over things. The last time I purchased a home was in 1994 with my husband. Now I'm a widow and felt a little out of my realm. Carolyn was always so kind and calm with me. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who has a need for a fantastic realtor.

Carolyn has be nothing short of amazing to my husband and I. I met Carolyn in passing several years ago and have since worked with her on three transactions: buying home #1, selling home #1, and buying home #2. I can confidently say that she had our backs through every transaction, every unexpected situation that came up (because no real estate transaction goes without it's hiccups), and is experienced and knowledgeable in her field! She cares about her clients, and it shows! She is flexible and willing to go the extra mile when something urgent comes up. She takes the time to go through details in every contract and is patient with each and every showing (we probably had 25+ showings before closing on our first home). She is incredibly organized and keeps THE best paper trail. She wants the best for her clients, and that includes vetting and ensuring her clients have a great team of lenders, inspectors, photographers, etc. She knows her markets and quickly learns her clients wants / needs. Carolyn never steered us wrong through our many 'firsts.' She is humble, confident, and a bulldog when needed :) I trust her, wholeheartedly, professionally and personally. Carolyn has also become a great friend over the past 4 years, and I know she was put in my life for a reason! So many good things to say about Carolyn and our work with her. Our circumstances involved us relocating and she was referred to us by our selling realtor to help us find our new home in the Denver area. Boy were we lucky to have been connected with her. From Day 1 her communications were thorough, kind, conscientious and helpful. Her network of connections proved useful, too. But our favorite part of working with Carolyn was how easy it was and how fun she made the process. Combine that with her vast experience, deep knowledge of all aspects of the buying process, her fast responses and confident guidance through the many steps involved, and what would otherwise be a stressful, worrisome process actually was a lot of fun. Had our home-buying process faced more challenges or difficult negotiations, we know that Carolyn would have been fighting for us.
