Kim has helped us sell two homes. Not only is she the best realtor she is one of the most professional (and talented) realtor I have had the pleasure to meet. Her communication with us eased our concerns! We worked with her during a sellers market and a buyers market, both very different experiences and expectations! One house sold in three hours and the recent one took three days. Being a seller can be very difficult, because of rules and laws which (in my opinion) favor the buyer. It can be nerve wracking! But she was a!ways kind, answered our questions, and let us know what could go wrong. Like 30 days to close is a nightmare!!! Kim is my favorite of all realtors'. I will continue to recommend her to everyone i come into contact with and will only hire her as our realtor. This is a very honest review, with much thought put into each word!
