Dave and Krista helped through, what was a deeply personal experience that brought heartache along the journey, and made it feel less daunting. Dave is a dedicated realtor, very personable, always professional and straight forward with necessary information - never once did he ever have me feeling less than, or insecure about my lack of knowledge in the realty market. I bought my house with Dave, I sold my house with Dave and if I hadn't moved from the state of Colorado, I'd be buying my next house with Dave as I begin my next chapter. 100% Highly recommend the Simonson Team!!!!!!!
