My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Christine when we bought our first house in a competitive seller’s market in 2021, and again when we sold our house in a competitive buyer’s market the following year. Christine was not only very patient and kind, but she was also extremely informative and thorough. Hands down, she is the best and we cannot recommend her enough! If we were to move back to the area she would undoubtedly be our first phone call.

We had Perry help us sell our house and also buy our new home. He was excellent. Not only did he help us find our dream property which was not easy since we had a long list of things we wanted in our new home, but he also bent over backwards to sell our current home in time to make the deal happen for our dream property! Perry made sure he was always available for our concerns. He showed us properties all over Larimer county and even some outside the county to find exactly what we were looking for. He even called city and county offices to find answers to our questions. The sale of our home was a normal suburban home and the purchase of our new home was very complex...multi-lot, multi-zoning, multi residence with lots of weird caveats. He exceeded our expectations and then some with his knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism and carisma (a joy to work with) and his ability to close the deal. I would HIGHLY recommend him as your next realtor.
