Not only did he help us find our dream property which was not easy since we had a long list of things we wanted in our new home, but he also bent over backwards to sell our current home in time to make the deal happen for our dream property! Perry made sure he was always available for our concerns. He showed us properties all over Larimer county and even some outside the county to find exactly what we were looking for. He even called city and county offices to find answers to our questions. The sale of our home was a normal suburban home and the purchase of our new home was very complex...multi-lot, multi-zoning, multi residence with lots of weird caveats.
