I have purchased and sold several homes over the years. Dan Jones is the very BEST I ever had the privilege to work with. He helped with so many things that he didn’t have to, but gladly assisted or did the work. You will love working with him whether you are selling or purchasing.

We can’t say enough positive things about kit. She’s simply amazing. She got our house under contract in a subdivision that wasn’t particularly marketable, and still managed to get us in our dream home at the same time. She was able to get our home under contract in an area that was saturated with home sales before anyone else. To top it off she makes you feel like family. She is there for you anytime and makes you feel so at home. She treated my young children as her own and even they loved her!! If you’re looking for an agent. Stop here. She’s the only one you’ll ever need.

Kathy Crowder was empathetic, supportive and professional. She listened to understand the priorities, was patient through a changing situation, offered encouragement, respected decisions, and contributed wise and expert input. Kathy was keenly aware of sudden changes in the market, which helped get a fair deal. She was organized and took time to wrap up unusual loose ends. Sincere appreciation.
