He scheduled the photos, showings, and the open house, and kept us updated on everything. He was available whenever we had questions or concerns and was super responsive. As offers came in, he kept us informed and guided us on what the best choice would be for us. On top of all of this, he is simply very friendly and great to be around! Elyse was knowledgeable about market trends and when is the best time to list the house to get the best views. Not only was she great at what we needed to do in order to list our house, she knew what was going to be questioned and gave us an honest, up front review about what it would look like for listing, views, contracts, etc. Elyse was on top of things getting done and always let us know what was happening. She really kept us in the loop. Also, I felt comfortable going to her when we had issues, knowing we would be able to figure things out and get done what we needed.
