Troy did an outstanding job in assisting us with the purchase of our first home. He was always responsive, provided clear and concise communication, and made the process super smooth and easy. As first time homeowners, the process can be super nerve-wrecking, but Troy took the time to walk us through all legal terms and documents. When we started the process, we were living in Hawaii and wasn't able to go to open houses in person, but Troy went to quite a few open houses for us and walked us through over FaceTime. Talk about going above and beyond! Overall, we are so happy with our experience with Troy!
